This guide covers managing payment methods, updating billing details, and viewing invoices.
Add/Edit payment data & billing information #
Billing information is required to create and manage subscriptions. You can add or edit payment details during the upgrade process or manually through your account settings.
If you need to add new information #
- If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on the Payment data tab.
- Click + Add new payment method. You can add multiple credit or debit cards.
- Select your preferred card to be used for subscriptions.
- Enter your payment details and click Confirm to save the new method.
If you need to edit existing information #
- If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on the Payment data tab.
- Click Edit under your billing details to update your billing address and/or details. Only one billing address is currently supported.
Access your invoice history #
You can view and download invoices using either of the following methods:
Via Workspace details page #
- If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Go to the Workspace Details page.
- View the list of invoices associated with this specific workspace.
- Click the Download invoice button next to any invoice to download it.
Via Expenses page #
- If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Navigate to the Expenses page.
- View the list of invoices associated with this specific workspace.
- Click the Download invoice button next to any invoice to download it.
