Protect your account by keeping your password secure and up to date. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and change your password if needed.

Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) #

• If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
• Go to Settings.
• In the Account tab, enable 2FA – Email Verification: Receives verification via Email.
• Click Save.

Change your password #

• If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
• Go to Settings.
• In the Account tab, type your new password twice.
• It has to meet our password policy:
  • Minimum 12 characters
  • At least 2 special characters
  • At least 2 uppercase letters
  • At least 2 lowercase letters
  • At least 2 numbers
• Once entered correctly, click Save.
• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.
• Click the link in the email to finalize the password change.
