You can close your account at any time, depending on your plan status. Follow the steps below based on whether you’re on a free or paid plan.
If you’re on a free plan #
You can close your account at any time during the free plan period. This will permanently delete your account and associated data.
- If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Close account.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
If you have a paid subscription #
Subscriptions are billed monthly, depending on the date you created the subscription. You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you’re currently in your Workspace, click Back to my.XOAP.io in the lower left corner. If not, proceed to the next step.
- Go to Workspace.
- Click on Edit plan.
- Cancel your subscription.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Close account. Your account will be closed after the subscription period has ended.
