Podcast Recording & Publication Agreement

Please read the terms of this agreement carefully. By entering your information in the form below and clicking “Agree,” you confirm that you have understood and agree to the terms outlined.

By participating as a guest speaker in the XOAP podcast, you grant XOAP the right to record, publish, and use the content of the podcast episode, including your name, image, and professional information, as outlined below.

1. Recording, Publication, and Use of Content

• XOAP may record the full podcast episode featuring you.
• XOAP may publish the recording on YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, XOAP website and other digital platforms.
• XOAP may extract and publish video/audio clips from the recording for promotional purposes.

2. Use of Your Name, Image, and Professional Information

• XOAP may display your name, LinkedIn profile photo (or another photograph of you), company name, and logo in podcast announcements and descriptions.
• XOAP may mention key aspects of your professional experience relevant to the episode, including your title and areas of expertise.

3. Promotional Materials

• XOAP will provide you with the main promotional materials (announcement text and visuals) for review before publishing.
• Final published materials may vary in formatting, size, and style depending on the platform.

4. No Revisions of the Recording

• The podcast recording and any content derived from it will not be subject to revision or approval before publication.

5. Commercial Use

• You acknowledge and agree that XOAP may monetize the podcast episode or any related content (e.g., through ads, sponsorships, or other revenue streams).
• You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or financial claims related to the recording, publication, or future distribution of the episode.

6. Revocation of Consent

• You may withdraw your consent for the use of the recording, name, image, or professional details by submitting a written request to XOAP (e-mail address: hello@xoap.io).
• Upon receipt of the revocation request, XOAP will make reasonable efforts to remove the episode and related promotional materials from its platforms within 15 business days.
• However, XOAP cannot guarantee the removal of third-party shares or any previously downloaded content.

7. Limitation of Liability

You release RIS AG, XOAP and its affiliates from any claims related to the recording, editing, or distribution of the podcast episode, including but not limited to any unintentional misrepresentation or perceived reputational impact.
