Limited Offer Technical Requirements

This Technical Requirements document outlines the technical prerequisites for implementing the use case as defined under the Limited Offer Terms and Conditions.
Customers who do not yet meet all Technical Requirements may still claim the Limited Offer. In such cases, the requirements can be fulfilled after booking the onboarding, and implementation by the XOAP team will begin once all requirements are met.
For use cases involving client management, the customer needs to make sure that:
– XOAP can access relevant clients.
– Relevant clients have access to the internet.
– Bypass execution policy can be set and clients can run scripts.
– WMI is working correctly on relevant clients.
– A XOAP administrator can request access and take over control.
For use cases involving image management, the customer needs to make sure that:
– A XOAP administrator can request access and take over control.
– A XOAP administrator can connect the customer environment to XOAP.
– A XOAP administrator can install the XOAP Connector agent in the customer’s environment in case of on-premises scenarios.
For use cases involving application management (software packaging), the customer needs to make sure that:
– XOAP can access relevant clients.
– Relevant clients have access to the internet.
– Bypass execution policy can be set and clients can run scripts.
– Installation sources for applications are not missing.
– A XOAP administrator can request access and take over control.
XOAP’s technical documentation provides additional information on the general technical prerequisites for using the XOAP platform. Any missing requirements can be addressed during onboarding, but must be satisfied before implementation under the Limited Offer begins.
