What does the full XOAP platform include?
XOAP is made up of four modules: Image Management, Application Management, Configuration Management and Platform Management.
On top of that, XOAP provides multi-cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and on-premises (vSphere, Nutanix) automation capabilities, native multi-tenant support, security and compliance automation (CIS, STIG, SiSyPHuS…), task scheduling for image builds and scripted actions, and an analytics dashboard.
What is included in the free onboarding for Standard plans?
We don’t just give you a login; we help you set it up. Our engineers will assist you in connecting your first cloud or on-prem environment, creating your first image build pipeline, and ensuring your workspace is ready for production.
You can choose what this looks like based on your needs.

A workspace is a dedicated working area that is automatically provided within the account.
Depending on your needs, you can have one workspace or multiple.
For example, if you are automating the IT infrastructure of a small business, it makes sense to keep it all in one workspace. If you are an enterprise and want to separate automation for different business units, it might be more efficient to keep multiple workspaces.
Our team can help you decide how to best structure your XOAP account during onboarding.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Standard at any time directly from your dashboard. If you need to switch to a Custom plan or cancel, our team will help you handle the transition smoothly.
Mon plan gratuit sera-t-il automatiquement mis à niveau ?
No, the free plan is truly free and has no hidden costs.
If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can do it directly from your XOAP dashboard or contact us.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes! We offer special pricing for educational institutions and public sector organizations under our Custom plan. Please contact sales for a quote.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. XOAP is hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant, and uses encrypted connections for all management tasks. We never store your actual user credentials; we use secure tokens and service principals.
